Breakfast is prepared by our in-house chef and served daily, 8:30-9:30am, in our fully restored 1796 Hay Barn where guests can relax by the seasonal fireplace or cozy up with a book in the library in addition to enjoying fellowship with other guests. With individual breakfast tables offering seating for four, our guests can dine privately or mingle with other guests during breakfast. It’s your choice here at our Pennsylvania bed and breakfast! Enjoy afternoon tea with sweet and savory treats from 4:00 – 5:00pm and refreshments available all day as well.
For the first course we offer uniquely prepared homemade breads. The second course is a beautifully presented parfait. The delicious and creative main course is made only from the freshest and finest local ingredients and is served streaming hot from our oven. Our homemade breakfast offerings include our famous French Toast Soufflé, lovely Quiches and our Lemon Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes. Freshly brewed coffee and a selection of gourmet teas and fruit juices complement your breakfast experience.
As for dietary restrictions, we have done it all and are more than happy to create a menu that meets your needs! We offer many options for vegan, gluten free, vegetarian & lactose-free guests! Please let us know about your dietary needs while making your reservations.
We also offer a continental breakfast for early risers or breakfast to-go for early departures.

As a guest of Whitewing Farm, we make sure that you maximize your vacation time and enjoy all that the Brandywine Valley has to offer. Every morning we will discuss your plans for the day and assist you with directions & scheduling reservations. Then, each afternoon from 4:00-5:00pm, join us for complimentary drinks and appetizers after your day’s adventure.
